Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operational requirements for corporate facilities
• Manage work order systems and maintenance checklists




• Represent the facility in interactions with government agencies
• Schedule external contractor work as needed
• Evaluate and improve maintenance operations

Requirements:
• Three-year Community College program completion
• At least five years of relevant management experience
• Solid knowledge of regulatory codes and standards
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Availability for site visits and on-call schedule
