Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the executive coaching lifecycle from intake to measurement
• Oversee onboarding for Senior Directors and other leaders




• Integrate coaching insights with talent management strategies
• Develop playbooks for efficient executive coaching practices
• Employ metrics to evaluate leadership and succession planning

Requirements:
• Proven experience in executive development and talent management
• Successful background in consulting or internal strategy roles
• Ability to navigate sensitive leadership discussions
