Provide leadership by communicating expectations and feedback across design, development, and external stakeholders

Proactively monitor and mitigate project risks by providing solutions and knowing when and how to escalation issues

Plan and run meetings with internal project teams and clients

Manage roadmaps and revolving priorities for multiple clients, communicating their needs to the internal team

Proactively identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are aligned with their long-term goals

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, expertly handling challenging communications and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Identify and lead opportunities to expand client relationships, resulting in additional billable work.

Communicate complex requirements and project changes to clients with clarity and professionalism, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.

Work with the Business Development team to scope new projects and engagements with our clients

Oversee project financials to track progress against budget and scope

2-3 years of experience working with design and development teams

The ability to maintain a high level of billable time (80%) while overseeing project teams and ensuring efficient resource utilization

Outstanding oral and written communication skills in one-on-one and group settings, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts, overall business direction,

and technical requirements

Ability to inspire and understand the interplay between people, processes, and systems

Exceptional documentation and note-keeping skills

Comfort with some ambiguity and client briefs that sometimes lead to more questions than answers

Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight

Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, both personally and within the team

Reliable and reassuring partner in collaboration, with a solid focus on team success and client satisfaction
