Specialty Health Network by Shoppers supports our retail stores to provide the best patient care to patients who require specialty drugs. We provide patient support programs for specialty drug therapies, provide physicians with resources to manage their patients,facilitatereimbursement, and enhance patient compliance. We deliver superior customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and clients to improve healthcare outcomes for all stakeholders.

Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead the organization and execution of both internal and external program deliverablesincluding various project initiatives. Leadership of client projects will be in partnership withProgram Management leaders.

What you will do:





Supportprogram deliverablesincluding special initiativeson time and within scope

Ensure programobjectivesare met

In partnership with the senior management, manage communication with clients

Responsible foraccuratemonthly billings and reports

Support the resolution of program escalations

Identifyprogramrisks and communicate appropriately with senior management to develop mitigation plan

Promotea cross functional teamapproach so thatissues can be discussed and resolved effectively and appropriately, and with buy-in from all stakeholders

Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC)immediatelyor as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the event as per current policies and procedures.

What youwillneed:

3+years’ account management and/or patient support program management or management experienceand/orpreviouspharmaceutical brand management experience or equivalent

Demonstrated leadership

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Critical thinking, business acumen, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization

Computer skills, including MS Project and Visio

Client-facing experience

University degree or equivalent industry-related experience
