In this full-time in-office role, you will provide critical HR support for major projects within Trans Mountain Corporation. Your extensive knowledge of organizational change, employee relations, and talent management will guide leadership and employees through complex human resources matters, shaping workforce readiness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel leaders on conflict management and talent strategies
• Support organizational design and workforce changes
• Drive implementation of HR policies and programs
• Identify and address emerging workforce issues
• Build relationships to enhance collaboration across projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years' experience in HR
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in employee engagement and performance management
• Possession of a CPHR designation is desirable
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
