As part of the Developer Platform team, you will design, develop, and maintain public APIs that empower third-party developers. Your role includes close collaboration with product managers to ensure the development lifecycle aligns with business goals and developer needs. Working independently is key, as you’ll guide younger engineers through challenges and promote best practices in software design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lifecycle development of APIs and platform features
• Work with product managers on technical needs
• Provide mentorship through design and code reviews
• Shape the long-term direction of the Developer Platform
Requirements:
• Solid experience in developing scalable backend systems
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript programming
• Understanding of OAuth and distributed systems concepts
• Effective troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
