The Paramedic Educator collaborates with local and provincial partners to enhance education within the Centre for Paramedic Education & Research. Reporting to the Regional Education Manager, you will be pivotal in planning and executing training events, evaluating current paramedics, and providing necessary educational support for practitioners returning to work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate paramedic educational events
• Evaluate training for new and returning paramedics
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders and partners




• Develop and implement educational programs
• Deliver training sessions and mentorship

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field
• Graduate of Advanced Care or Primary Care Paramedic Program
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a paramedic educator
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in adult education principles
