As a trusted advisor, you will assist leaders and employees with employee relations, lead investigations, and provide essential HR support. Your role will be crucial in fostering an inclusive workplace and facilitating effective conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide on employee relations and HR policies
• Lead investigations and resolve workplace conflicts
• Advise on collective agreements and legislation




• Support managers in performance and attendance management
• Assist in recruitment and engagement initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of both unionized and non-unionized environments
• Strong understanding of employment regulations
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Progress toward CPHR certification is a plus
