We seek an experienced Associate Immigration Lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of immigration files. Your responsibilities will include direct client communication, drafting legal submissions, and conducting thorough legal research. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle immigration cases including citizenship and inadmissibility
• Maintain clear client communication from start to finish




• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Research immigration law and related regulatory updates
• Lead and support legal assistants and clerks

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. Degree is mandatory
• In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• At least three years of immigration law expertise
• Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in additional languages is favorable
