As an Associate Medical Director, you will merge clinical practice with leadership, supporting a high-performing physician team while maintaining your own member panel. With 3-7 years of post-residency practice, you'll employ your clinical insights in governance, care development, and mentorship roles, enhancing patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive primary care for your patient panel
• Contribute to clinical protocols and quality assurance
• Mentor and provide peer consultation to physicians
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation processes
• Assist in the development of health programming
Requirements:
• Medical degree with CCFP or FRCPC residency training
• 3-7 years of clinical experience in primary care
• CPSO full licensure in Ontario
• Dedicated to relationship-based patient care
• Proven leadership ability in clinical settings
