Become a Relief Residential Counsellor with The Salvation Army, helping adults with developmental disabilities in a meaningful way. Evening and weekend shifts will be part of this energetic role focused on individual care.

This relief position requires you to develop and implement tailored programs for service users while ensuring their basic needs are met. Work closely with other professionals to create supportive environments, and engage in the evaluation of treatment plans. This role is suited for compassionate individuals ready to impact lives positively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet physical and psychological needs of service users
• Coordinate and maintain daily logs and reports
• Collaborate with team members for consistent care




• Assist in medication administration and training
• Manage transportation for service users as required

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in a relevant field required
• Minimum one year of experience with vulnerable populations
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Criminal Records Check required
• Ontario Class G or G2 Driver’s license needed
