Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and execution of facilities management plans
• Supervise staff in maintenance, cleaning, and food services




• Align operations with organizational strategic priorities
• Build relationships with union officials and ensure compliance
• Plan and track maintenance projects and compliance monitoring

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in engineering technology or related field
• At least 10 years in facilities/maintenance management
• Solid skills managing unionized teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 360
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
