This position will allow you to contribute to innovative projects and the establishment of best practices across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of critical agreements
• Assist with engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines
• Oversee corporate secretarial functions for affiliates




• Review and analyze compliance matters and policies
• Engage in continuous improvement and team initiatives

Requirements:
• LLB or JD degree with good standing in Canadian law society
• 3-5 years of experience in law or corporate settings
• Strong drafting abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Business acumen with collaborative capabilities
