Chartwell Retirement Residences seeks a Security Architect to spearhead their enterprise security strategies. This senior role integrates hands-on architecture with high-level strategic leadership.

In this position, you will collaborate across teams to define and drive the enterprise security architecture in line with the organization’s multi-year roadmap. Focused on deploying a Zero Trust Architecture, you’ll bring your extensive experience in identity management, network security, and cloud strategies to the table, ensuring secure and scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evolution of security architecture and standards
• Own designs for identity and access management strategies
• Develop network security architecture and segmentation models




• Optimize security for Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
• Conduct security design reviews for projects

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ as a security architect
• In-depth knowledge of Azure and identity management systems
• Strong grounding in up-to-date security architecture practices
• Proven ability to secure large-scale Microsoft environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills
