This role encompasses leading the accounting department and ensuring accurate financial reporting in alignment with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end close and budget processes
• Direct payroll, accounts payable, and revenue recognition
• Conduct variance analysis and financial performance evaluations




• Collaborate with corporate finance and external auditors
• Develop productivity improvement methods within the department

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 7 years operational accounting experience
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
