If you have the following,
we want to hear from you:
- Previous supervisory/leadership in experience in production or manufacturing
- Understanding of Lean Systems
- Ability to manage unionized workers;
- Communicate efficiently in both French and English;
- Able to work within a flexible schedule (shift work, during the week, during the weekend, etc.);
- Capacity to cope with adversity;
- Have safe work habits all while working to attain production targets, quality, and client service.
- Ability to make functional analysis, solve problems, and make decisions;
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in wood products, plywood, or veneer preferred, but not required
