We are looking to hire two Junior Adjusters who will focus on providing high-quality claims service and follow-up on opportunities. You should have relevant insurance experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Your role will also involve direct communication with policyholders and effectively investigating claims to ensure satisfactory settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly contact and follow up with policy holders
• Investigate claims and provide solid recommendations
• Identify exposures and prepare action plans
• Negotiate fair settlements with clients
• Ensure after-hours customer service support as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary insurance education preferred
• At least 1 year of claims adjusting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Proactive approach to customer service
