Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Schedulers and project schedule timelines
• Create preliminary master schedules during project pursuits
• Evaluate and report on construction progress consistently




• Create an extensive database of productivity rates
• Project job costs according to baseline and actual performance

Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Familiarity with P3 and CCDC contracts
• Capability to understand varied construction definitions
• Proven presentation and analytical skills
• Clearance eligibility for CISD (PWSGC) is desirable
