Help children thrive as the National Director in Canada with Right To Play, based in Toronto. Oversee strategic fundraising efforts and manage a dedicated team to enhance program outreach.

This permanent full time role focuses on leading fundraising strategies that drive support from key stakeholders, including major donors and foundations. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, your expertise will directly impact the success of programs designed to protect and empower children globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team to meet Canadian fundraising objectives
• Develop and manage relationships with major donors
• Ensure quality stewardship and engagement for donors
• Execute strategic fundraising events and initiatives




• Collaborate with the Advisory Board to drive growth

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• At least 10 years in fundraising or related sectors
• Strong proficiency in communication and relationship building
• Experience with CRM systems and team leadership
• Must travel domestically and internationally up to 20%

Drive impactful initiatives by leading Right To Play’s Canadian fundraising efforts aimed at children's development and well-being.
