Trans Mountain Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven leader for the Director of Major Projects Delivery position. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of Mainline Optimization Portfolio delivery across various assets. Reporting to the Vice President of Major Projects, your leadership will be essential for meeting performance, safety, and quality targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a solid safety culture throughout projects
• Lead implementation of the Project Delivery Model
• Ensure projects meet performance and regulatory standards




• Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams for seamless delivery
• Track and elevate project risks and issues proactively

Requirements:
• A minimum of 20 years in capital project delivery roles
• Preferred designations include P.Eng. or PMP
• Extensive experience with large, complex project portfolios
• Successful history of managing pipeline and facilities projects
• Strong understanding of project governance and execution strategies
