Reporting to the President & CEO, you will oversee all major gifts and capital campaigns. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value donors while leading a team to maximize fundraising potential. Solid planning, communication, and research skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute major gifts fundraising activities
• Develop donor relationships and campaign strategies
• Lead the production of fundraising communication materials
• Supervise major gifts team members' performance
• Direct budget responsibilities for major gifts program

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 7-10 years of management experience in fundraising
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
• CFRE designation is a significant plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
