Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical process for new product development initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for strategic portfolio growth




• Champion sustainability and food safety throughout projects
• Act as a thought leader and encourage innovation among the team
• Network with suppliers for innovative ingredient exploration

Requirements:
• 10-15 years in CPG innovation or R&D; roles
• Relevant degree in Food Science or related fields
• Experience managing teams and projects in food manufacturing
• Ability to lead complex product launches
• Willingness to travel to support operations
