Key Responsibilities:
• Lead office project openings, closings, and transitions
• Develop standard processes for project efficiency
• Collaborate on communications and readiness assessments




• Ensure compliance with design and sustainability standards
• Track global lease agreements and vendor compliance

Requirements:
• 6+ years of related experience in project management
• Expertise in budget tracking and financial management
• Solid vendor management and negotiation capabilities
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace
