Citi is hiring an AI Engineering Lead to guide our Services AI Platform team. This role requires hands-on experience and a solid technical strategy to propel our AI innovations.

As an AI Engineering Lead, you'll split your time between coding production-level applications and overseeing technical strategies for the platform. You'll ensure that all components adhere to our core principles while developing agentic ecosystems and engaging with Subject Matter Experts to deliver automated business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead custom AI platform development efforts
• Optimize multi-tenant agent frameworks
• Maintain architectural integrity across applications
• Design code for advanced data retrieval systems
• Integrate backend logic with user-facing interfaces

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of AI/ML experience
• Leadership background in technical solutions
• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Demonstrated portfolio of AI in production environments
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
