Key Responsibilities:
• Perform individualized client vocational assessments
• Design and implement personalized employment strategies
• Offer one-on-one guidance and job search support




• Lead and facilitate group workshops for employment readiness
• Maintain partnerships with community employers for job placements

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Sciences or related discipline
• Minimum three years' experience in employment services
• Proven ability in conducting assessments and planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
