Reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President of Finance, this permanent position requires a candidate skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, and data visualization. You will work closely with various departments to establish a robust data-driven environment that informs key decisions and optimizes performance metrics. Your proactive approach will enhance organizational awareness of financial health and project forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting lifecycle effectively
• Provide variance insights and assist management in decision-making
• Collaborate with teams on financial data architecture and performance
• Generate comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis
• Implement advanced analytics for operational improvements
Requirements:
• Finance or STEM degree, CPA or CA preferred
• Mining sector experience considered a plus
• Solid analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL reporting
• Excellent English language skills, verbal Spanish preferred
