In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to offer legal guidance on privacy policies, compliance frameworks, and emerging data risks. Your legal acumen will help shape Allstate’s strategies around personal information management and privacy regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic legal advice on privacy and compliance issues
• Review and enhance privacy policies and governance documents
• Support incident management and privacy breach responses
• Collaborate on compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Monitor legal trends and provide actionable insights

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required
• At least 5 years’ experience in privacy law
• Deep understanding of Canadian privacy frameworks
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
