Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat patients in outpatient settings
• Conduct inpatient consultations at the hospital
• Participate in shared call responsibilities of approximately 1-in-8




• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals
• Support seamless transitions from hospital care to outpatient follow-up

Requirements:
• Hold a valid CPSO Independent or Provisional Certificate
• Royal College Certification in Cardiology or equivalent
• CMPA membership required
• Strong commitment to high standards of patient care
• Proven teamwork abilities within healthcare settings
