• Supervise recruitment and participant experiences in programs

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience
• Seven years of management experience in education or workforce sectors
• Expertise in training program design and execution
• Proven track record in managing grants and partnerships
• Understanding of emerging AI trends and workforce challenges
