Become part of Redpath as a Compliance Legal Counsel, a role dedicated to ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the organization. Engage with various stakeholders to implement effective compliance strategies and governance frameworks.

This role supports the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in legal matters, and compliance audits, and enhances privacy governance. You will be responsible for conducting compliance reviews and collaborating across departments to tackle compliance challenges. Your analytical skills will drive significant improvements in compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements for RMI
• Organize compliance training initiatives for staff




• Document and analyze compliance audit findings
• Collaborate on compliance policy updates
• Facilitate internal compliance investigations as needed

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Legal Studies, Compliance, or related
• 2-5 years’ experience in legal and compliance roles
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in German is a plus
