EarnIn is searching for a dedicated Senior Web Engineer to drive innovative Early Bets initiatives. This position involves developing and refining user experiences while ensuring exceptional performance and maintainability. You will leverage your skills in frontend architecture and collaboration to empower users as part of EarnIn's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product and Design teams for user experience evolution
• Own frontend architecture for scalability and accessibility
• Lead implementation using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Establish frontend engineering standards and best practices
• Identify technical risks and opportunities proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 4+ years of frontend or web platform experience
• Robust knowledge in frontend architecture and performance
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
