Become an integral part of Hydro Ottawa as the Manager of Distribution Engineering & Asset Information. Your expertise in leading teams and managing GIS data is essential for maintaining a resilient energy distribution system in a hybrid work environment.

This role requires a dynamic leader under the direction of the Distribution Engineering & Asset Management head. You will oversee technical staff, promote data integrity, and ensure the optimal integration of Distributed Energy Resources. Your work will influence critical planning and investment decisions for future energy needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team performance and establish operational goals
• Manage record frameworks for GIS and engineer interconnections
• Execute assessments for integrating current energy loads




• Supervise engineering processes for performance analysis
• Formulate department budgets and optimize resource allocation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; licensed in Ontario
• At least five years of relevant leadership experience
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 concepts a plus
• Competent in office productivity tools, preferably Google Workspace
• Bilingual abilities in English and French are advantageous
