• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes annually
• Create and maintain complex financial models
• Review monthly and quarterly financial forecasts
• Work closely with departments to achieve financial aims
• Communicate insights through financial presentations to management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, MBA or CPA is an advantage
• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A; experience
• Robust experience in commercial office real estate
• Expertise in financial systems like Yardi Voyage
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
