In this leadership role, you will guide process engineers while implementing key strategies for optimization and process control in the potash operation. Your focus will include debottlenecking and enhancing product quality while managing multiple projects aimed at cost reduction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide troubleshooting and continuous improvement processes
• Manage capital project support and operational enhancement plans
• Develop and oversee process control systems for efficiency
• Collaborate with maintenance, automation,



and instrumentation teams
• Share best practices with Mosaic potash sites for enhanced capabilities

Requirements:
• B.Sc./B.Eng. or M.Sc./M.Eng. in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 8 years in process engineering, ideally in heavy industry
• Proven leadership in technical team environments
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility
• Solid skills in process optimization and control technologies
