As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership, fostering a culture of high expectations, academic progress, and
exceptional pastoral care. You will collaborate with a dedicated staff team, an engaged community of parents, and benefit from the
robust support, career development, and shared expertise of the wider Kemnal network.
The ideal Headteacher will be an innovative leader who:
Understands how to create a culture of aspiration and a supportive learning environment for students that allows them to achieve their academic potential in a fully inclusive environment.
Holds high expectations for academic achievement by all students regardless of their prior attainment and socio–economic backgrounds.
Is a champion/passionate and visible advocate for our school within the wider community.
