In this role at Fraser Health, you’ll work within the Perinatal, Maternity team to assist mothers during their breastfeeding journey. You'll utilize your advanced skills to educate and guide postpartum women while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver education on breastfeeding practices
• Help mothers navigate breastfeeding difficulties
• Support the initiation and sustainability of lactation




• Maintain detailed patient records and follow-up on care
• Provide guidance to nursing staff on breastfeeding issues

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM certification
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in neonatal or perinatal nursing
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Capability to organize and manage workload
