Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end solution design for HR projects
• Engage with architecture teams for governance compliance
• Develop and showcase architectural blueprints at ARB meetings
• Update HR architecture portfolio regularly
• Identify and manage technical risks and challenges
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5 in solution architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience with major cloud service providers
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks
