As part of the Rights and Title Department, this position calls for an experienced leader dedicated to fostering consultation processes with external stakeholders. You will oversee operations, team dynamics, and project planning, ensuring the Squamish Nation's cultural interests and environmental values are upheld. Collaboration with governments and agencies is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance and lead referral management strategies
• Mentor and oversee team performance




• Coordinate project timelines and budgets
• Develop and track program metrics
• Consult on regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Business, or related
• 7-10 years in referral management or consultation
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Solid budget management capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of Indigenous Rights and Title
