In this pivotal role, you will lead client requirement sessions and create essential design documentation for successful implementation of the D365 CE system. RSM fosters an inclusive culture, providing opportunities to develop strong relationships with clients while working closely with team members and vendors in an Agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients
• Produce detailed design documentation for D365 CE projects
• Engage actively in building the D365 CE system




• Serve as a key contact for all client communications
• Utilize Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies during projects

Requirements:
• At least 3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, or related
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification beneficial
• Experience with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Familiarity with Field Service components
