Drive growth and influence environmental practices in Vancouver, BC. As the Environmental Department Head, you'll combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a supportive, employee-owned firm.

This impactful position at a respected engineering consulting firm focuses on balancing consulting work with team leadership and client engagement in Vancouver's growth phase. You will lead a diverse team while pioneering projects across multiple industries, influencing both short- and long-term growth strategies with a cooperative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and vision for the Vancouver environmental team
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff members
• Ensure successful execution and client satisfaction for all projects




• Drive business planning and strategic expansions
• Foster strong client relationships and engagement

Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental or related engineering discipline
• 15+ years’ experience in environmental consulting
• Proven skills in leadership and project management
• Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.)
• Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities
