Deliver superior customer support for VSD products

Document support activities per global processes
Engage in root cause analysis of technical issues

Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
Over 10 years' experience in MV VSD support
Solid grasp of Canadian VSD systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Power Platform
