Established windows and doors company serving homeowners across the GTA and Southern Ontario. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, understands day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including entering invoices, processing payments, posting customer payments, and following up on outstanding accounts
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
Review transactions and identify or correct discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized digital accounting records
Prepare and generate financial and accounting reports as required
Assist with HST, payroll, year-end, and other accounting documentation
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members regarding invoices, payments, and account discrepancies
Assist management with general accounting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications




1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team
