We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our company in Markham and Scarborough, ON. This position is permanent full time, experience in office or accounting firm would be an asset.
Daily processing of full cycle Accounts Receivable
Follow up for A/P accounts outstanding balances
Government Remittances
Banking and online payments
Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor
Job Requirements
Must speak fluent English, ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin would be an asset
High School diploma or equivalent in education/experience
Experience in processing paperwork is a must
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Positive attitude, reliable and punctual.
Knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping is a MUST.
