Your role will involve maintaining transaction records, supporting monthly closings, and performing detailed reconciliations with an emphasis on accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily transaction records and invoice generation
Execute month-end closing tasks and revenue reviews
Reconcile monthly deferred revenue balances
Collaborate with Sales teams for accurate invoicing
Prepare and submit sales tax returns through Avalara Requirements:
Over 7 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Expertise in account reconciliation and problem-solving
Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics accounting software
