Your role will include assessment and intervention for clients in mental health and substance use programs, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to foster a supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions • Work with agencies to enhance service delivery • Document and analyze client progress and outcomes • Educate staff on best practices in rehabilitation strategies

Requirements: • Current registration with the College of Health and Care Specialists • Two years of recent, relevant experience • Valid B.C. Driver's License and personal vehicle • Solid understanding of current rehabilitation practices • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
