Clio is on the hunt for a Senior Enablement Programs Operations Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Remote-US. In this operational role, you will manage program intake, product launch coordination, and performance tracking. You’ll ensure your team has the structure and tools to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct enablement intake processes and triage requests
• Ensure critical programs receive necessary focus
• Coordinate product launches seamlessly across teams
• Maintain program management reporting and infrastructure
• Implement tracking for performance metrics and outcomes
Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in program management
• Proven track record in handling conflicting priorities
• Experience with OKR management and reporting
• Robust analytical and project management skills
• Familiarity with generative AI tools a plus
