In the Pharos Data & Analytics team, you will own the technical direction of data engineers and influence the development roadmap. Your mission includes building scalable data architecture and enabling data-driven decisions for enhanced security outcomes. Collaboration with product owners will be essential as you prioritize tasks aligned with business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set technical direction and facilitate team unblocking
• Partner with stakeholders to outline backlog priorities
• Oversee end-to-end data product delivery




• Architect batch and streaming pipelines using PySpark
• Ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency of data workflows

Requirements:
• 6+ years of hands-on data engineering and 2+ years of leadership
• Solid expertise in Python and PySpark programming
• Proven experience with Databricks and complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure
• Skills in Terraform for resource deployment
