Enhance internal dialogue as Seaspan’s Manager of Internal Communications. This role is key in developing communication strategies that resonate with employees across various departments.

This is a 20-month limited-term position requiring on-site presence at Seaspan’s North Vancouver office. You will partner with the Director of Communications to lead your team in developing engaging, informative content while working closely with a variety of stakeholders. A proven track record of strategic communication is essential for this role, along with an innovative mindset to improve engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee internal communications strategies and objectives
• Produce presentations, speeches, and internal event content




• Develop communications standards for consistency and clarity
• Explore current communication tools to enhance visibility
• Manage budget and programming for internal communication events

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• Relevant experience of at least 7-10 years
• Strong editing and writing skills in diverse mediums
• Proven experience in change management communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship development

Lead impactful communication initiatives to foster engagement at Seaspan.
