Aplin is looking for qualified Sea Captains to facilitate protected navigation and delivery of equipment and materials. Candidates should hold a valid Transport Canada certification and ice navigation experience. You will work a rotational schedule of 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely navigate vessels for bulk material shipments
• Execute operations in challenging Arctic conditions
• Follow safety regulations diligently
• Engage in 12-hour shift schedules
• Ensure high standards of operational excellence
Requirements:
• Certified by Transport Canada
• Experience with ice navigation
• History of operating in Arctic or similar conditions
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts and FIFO rotations
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
