As the Operations Management Leader, you'll oversee the regional operational performance across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; MBA highly preferred
• 10–15 years of leadership in operations
• Solid financial management and acumen
• Proven ability to develop successful teams
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
